At Lagarllito’s Garden, our bilingual education helps build a foundation for the life long process of learning. Your child will experience a thorough, early childhood learning program in a multi-cultural environment. We welcome all students, whether they are just beginning their journey into the Spanish language, or are looking to extend their Spanish exposure.
Explore our website and feel free to contact Maestra Rocio with any questions either in Spanish or English.
Philosophy and Program Description
Lagarllito’s Garden is dedicated to providing exemplary services to children and their families. We recognize and respect the uniqueness and potential of each child through their development. The children are active participants in learning language, writing, reading, math, science, arts and crafts, dramatic play, and music.
Lagarllito’s Garden is a bilingual school with lessons taught fully in Spanish emphasizing multi-cultural learning. We consider ourselves a Spanish immersion program.
Our goal is for all children to graduate from here with a good understanding of the Spanish language and culture, and to enter kindergarten and elementary school fully prepared for success.
Whether the child is a toddler, preschooler, or school age, Lagarllito’s Garden can offer each child:
- A caring and professionally trained staff.
- Exposure to two languages: Spanish and English.
- A healthy, stimulating, fun and safe environment.
- Quality equipment and educational materials for learning.
- Safe recreational areas.
- Appropriate programs in technology.
- Excellent curriculum in reading, writing, math, and science.
- Introduction to dancing, music, and instruments.
- Three field trips a year.
- One theatrical performance each year.
- Fashion Show and BBQ (in summer).
We are a year-round school. However, our academic year runs from September through the end of June. During July and August we run our Summer Camp Program.
Our focus and passion is caring for children and providing our students with the benefits of a Spanish bilingual experience in a safe, fun, and caring environment.
We have some openings available for the current school year and welcome those who are planning ahead for next Fall. We encourage you to make an appointment to tour our school.
